NBKC and Dave Anderson were great! I was kept in the loop and my questions were answered promptly, patiently and with great humor even with some of the hoops we had jump through! Will certainly be doing business again with Dave!

Jeff P at NBKC Bank was excellent. We had a complicated, two-mortgage package. Jeff suggested ways to configure the two mortgages that saved us a good deal of money. He arranged for a very good rebate on the closing fees, and he stayed up with all of the paperwork and closing appointments. NBKC immediately sold both loans to Central Loan Administrators (CENLAR), but that is common. CENLAR did contact us immediately in time for our first payments.
Jason was amazing, got me a great rate and enjoyed every minute working with him and NBKC. If I ever get to buy another house again I will definitely go with him!
The waitress was not very attentive didn't ask how the food was and the garlic mashed potatoes were not very good at all. I've been there before the service and the food was much better

Richard and NBKC were absolutely amazing! Their deal blew the competition out of the water and their service was top notch. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience and will be calling Richard for all my mortgage needs in the future!
Trent was an awesome Loan Officer, did an excellent job keeping everything on track. Would highly recommend Trent and NBKC Bank for your loan needs.
I would rate more stars if possible. Justin kept everything on track to the day of closing and beyond. Questions were answered within a few minutes and he kept redundant questions from the underwriters at bay. Smoothest refi ever and I've done a lot of them.
