This is the second time we have used NBKC when purchasing a new home. They do such a great job and provide customer service beyond what I could have imagined. They helped us close on our home less than 4 weeks after putting in our offer! Kelsey has been a pleasure to work with on both occasions but our interactions with everyone there have been great!

I've worker with several lenders over the years and my experience with Justin was by far the best. My wife is very picky and after our experience she said she'll never use anyone else. Everything happened exactly as Justin said it would and we closed on time. We had a lot of questions and what we thought was a complicated deal that other lenders said couldn't be done. We gave Justin all the documents he asked for and we closed on our new home today we couldn't be happier with our experience. Thank you!!
I made a quote request on Costo website a few weeks ago. NBKC loan officer Trent Green contacted me via email. And then that's it, everything went so smoothly since. I will have my closing in a few days. Trent Green is really fantastic. He always responded so quickly to any of my questions. He is always on top of the things and ahead of schedule. Nothing more to say. Big thanks!
I stopped in yesterday for lunch with my boyfriend. He enjoyed his meal. However, I found mine to be pretty disappointing. I had ordered the chicken piccata, and the chicken had a rubbery texture to it. Also, the greenbeans that it came with were barely cooked. The flavor of the dish was great, just not cooked properly.
The service was great and the food overall was good.
I live in Southern California and found NBKC through Costco mortgage services. The process was quick and painless and I was able to lower our interest rate and cut several years off of our mortgage. I worked with Matt and he was great. Always got back to me right away.
