Joe was fabulous to work with. I was originally planning to use our current bank to obtain a loan, but with the rates and initial service Joe provided, we ultimately decided to go with NBKC. I don't regret it for a moment. Joe was responsive, friendly and professional. I especially liked the fact that he saved us money through Costco membership. Highly recommend.
Exceptional meal! Kids and adults all enjoyed. From the bread and oil to the cocktails . Fish and steak. everything was great ! My picky 11 year old said 5 stars after she polished off the key lime pie.

This is the third time we've used NBKC for a refinance. The first two times were to get to a lower interest rate (not to be matched by any other banks we called). This time was to cash out to allow us some home remodeling. Joe Zucht was incredibly responsive and helpful in the process. NBKC was chosen randomly through Costco services and it was such a pleasure working with their representative Kevin Kluck in acquiring our loan. Kevin was most pleasant, attentive, and accurately handled the process that flowed without any hang ups! Start to finish, hands down - Kevin was there to answer any questions and was very precise with facts about the entire process, So happy I made a great pick with going with this company and Kevin! Kudos!!
