RecommendedAmazing food and atmosphere
Came for dinner with a friend, been here many times and always had great food and great service. Tonight the service was terrible. The manager, Karen, was great and went out of her way to make it right for us. We will definitely be back.
We found NBKC's Rhett Bouvia through the costco membership lender program. At that time we were already working with another lender, but opted to shop rates and other options and Rhett was able to beat the competition. We switched to Rhett late in the game, but he still came through ahead of schedule. Rhett was extremely responsive, and even answered questions on the 4th of July! Even our realtor was impressed with Rhett, and I plan to recommend him to everyone who asks. Thanks so much!

Kelsey Brahl!!!!! She is NBKC MVP!!!!! She made my first home buying experience smoother than my two year old 's bottom. She worked some magic guys, even so that she made it to where I received a bonus at closing, and I was the buyer!!!! Lol she was just so informative and patient. NBKC gets all of the little things right - easy and secure online account access. No ATM fees (and then taking it one more step, and reimbursing 3rd party ATM fees). And I can't say enough about our banker, Brian Hoffart. He's always gone the extra mile for us and been incredibly helpful (and patient) as we've made a slow and steady banking transition.
