True to our name, we don't fit the norm. We're affordable and relaxed enough for jeans, but with culinary creativity worth dressing up for. It's the kind of innovative approach that can only come from a chef. (And it does.) We're also pickier than most about ingredients, sourcing the freshest and finest, locally whenever possible. I tried to order a Coors to go with my meal, but my license was not accepted because it was expired. I had the government-issued renewal paper that extends my license and even though it has been accepted by government employees and other restaurants, it apparently was not good enough for Average Schmoes. It completely took me out of the mood and if I was not there with others, I would have left. The management made no effort to make up for it either, such as a non-alcoholic drink on the house.
