Had lunch there today. Ordered the Spaghetti Squash Mushroom Bolognese. . Watery tomato soup with chunky vegetables and a damp, over-cooked lump of Spaghetti Squash plopped on top. It was more like a Weak Minestrone soup than a rich Bolognese. I didn’t complain as I was with a group and didn’t want to make a fuss. It was inedible and $17.00 for a bowl of soup is way overpriced. Nobody else raved about their meals, either. Very disappointed. The Focaccia and oil saved me. It was all I ate.
RecommendedI highly recommend Stephen Fennell from NBKC. From the beginning, I let him know that I was working with several lenders and that when we got closer to finding a home, I would select a lender. He was the most responsive, easiest to get a hold of, most helpful person I dealt with. He worked with us as if we were already his clients. Stephen worked so hard to get us approved to close in just about 3 weeks. I can't say enough about Stephen and hope that everyone has as great experience as we did with him.
Absolutely everything, you guys ” NBKC ” have done everything right! My account was in the negative due to a double charge at a gas station! I sent ONE message stating the obvious. Within 24 hours it was resolved! Amazing!!!

RecommendedWe worked with Nick Link @ NBKC bank for our loan after a recommendation from a friend. This bank has competitive rates and very competent loan officers. Nick listened to my needs of using up in totality a huge rebate we have towards pre-payments (a use it or lose-it deal), kept me in the loop every step of the way, and very fast in replying to my questions. The bread and dipping oil is usually one of my favorite things about NYAJ but this is what happened when I was there recently - and we were sitting INSIDE the restaurant.
RecommendedNBKC is literally the best banking experience I have ever had. Whenever i have even the slightest problem or issue, they always handle it, quick-like. I am so impressed with the level of professionalism and integrity and customer service i get from NBKC.
Although it was very busy, service was great!
