True to our name, we don't fit the norm. We're affordable and relaxed enough for jeans, but with culinary creativity worth dressing up for. It's the kind of innovative approach that can only come from a chef. (And it does.) We're also pickier than most about ingredients, sourcing the freshest and finest, locally whenever possible. Nice bar and restaurant. They have a rich menu both drinks and food items. It took a while to get my food and relatedly, my burger was overcooked. Probably it was a glitch that happened to me.
Do not get the Jambalaya, should have known I was too far north. It was very bad. My server was great and it looks like it has great food otherwise. Clamps Chowder was good, potatoes a little under cooked.
The food was excellent, we had Matt and Lexi for bartenders. Matt was excellent, but unfortunately Lexi wasn't. The only time she paid attention to us when it was time for her tip. If we didn't have Matt as a bartender I would be giving the service one star.
Last couple,few times there,downhill.. chicken picata,dry stuck together noodles,tough chicken, tonight ordered pizza asked for it well done because last time it was soggy, pick it up it says well on box sticker but was floppy and soggy pizza, done theowing money away at this place, atmosphere is ok,wait staff very nice,but the food? 1 star. step up and become more than below average joe
