After a small snafu on the phone & in person, Adam & our server (a cross tattoo on his wrist & some kind of tattoo on his neck) made our experience unforgettable (well above & beyond what they needed to). Great food with a twist Not Your Average Joes is yummy. A nice addition to the many restaurants in Beverly. Prices are reasonable and is kid friendly. Decor is funky but comfortable. Take out is available too! The menu offers quite a few dishes that tend to be traditional but with a little flair. The kid portions are more than enough, especially the kid pizza. PROS: Kid friendly, varied menu CONS: Fri and Sat can be hard to get a table, call ahead!

great food! they do a really good job with their food and staff. they are always courtteous, and I have never had a bad meal there. They are reasonably priced, too.

NYAJ's menu is a mix of traditional and imaginative fare, all of which is prepared well. Good choices are pizzas and salads (ahi tuna; chipotle chicken). Prices are very reasonable.
