respond to direct detailed customer complaints mr. ceo not just public posts trying to show u care. worst loan experience. glassdoor low reviews show true nature of managment given no interest in customer feedback to correct the issue or at the least acknowledge. costco let me down with this bank pick....

The closing process was easy, I got a great rate, and it was generally stress free. However, when I paid my loan off a few months later, the real fun began. After paying off my loan on August 27th, I was no longer able to access the portion of my account to cancel autopay. I didn't believe that would be a problem, as the loan was paid, so surely they wouldn't keep taking payments. They did on September 1st. When i first opened my account, not yet acclimated to the web interface, I had miscalculated my available funds in checking and a large payment was scheduled that wouldn't have cleared. I was extremely impressed when got a call from a real human, man named Eric (i think), who asked if I'd like him to transfer funds from my savings at no charge. I was shocked to see a sign that said credit cards or gift cards only! It is not legal to exclude cash in Massachusetts. Thank you for putting the board where I could see it and take my business elsewhere.
