Food smell good. Pizza tasted great but the cheesesteak and cheese fries was very off. And philly suppose to be #1 for steak.
I had a very disappointing experience today. I am a regular customer and usually enjoy your food, which is why this situation was so frustrating. Today I placed an order and accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery. I called the restaurant, explained the mistake, and the manager agreed to change the order to delivery. Later, the driver called and said he could not find my house. I immediately sent him a Google Maps link with my exact location and confirmed my address again.
