This is the worst property management company I have ever encountered, and this includes terrible apts when I lived in West Campus at UT. This company's idea of resolving a tenant's issue when they are stuck in the elevator at 2 am after a long day at work is to send a technician that is 1.5 hours away. When asking the Norwood after hours operator if this is how they would want a family member to be treated, they admitted it was unacceptable as well.
