Cut two logs with the Norwood 38hd and than the blade power button stopped working on the remote, about an hour later both lifting and track buttons also stopped working.. paid 50k for this machine and the remote worked for a couple hours, the customer service sucks they give you the run around when it’s clear almost everyone has this issue, hundreds of videos on YouTube about all the issues with their remotes.. now I have a bunch of logs laying around can’t use my 50k sawmill because the garbage remote stopped working after... read more

I am so pleased with my new Frontier OS23 sawmill. On first use I found that the water tank was leaking around one of the retaining nuts. Contacted Norwood, aka Frontier, and Stephanie rushed me a new tank quickly and without any hassle at all. Installed the new tank and sawed my first cant. The saw performed flawlessly. I am so pleased with the saw and the customer service I have received from Norwood.

I love my Norwood mill. I have such a great time as I'm building multiple small cabins on Rock Mtn Ranch. But honestly, and more importantly, my customer service rep (Marc McCreary) is absolutely outstanding. He knows exactly what I'm talking about and steers me in the right direction each time. Marc has and uses a sawmill as well so they don't just talk to talk, he can walk the walk. Thanks Norwood for having great customer reps that know their stuff! Adam Rocklin- Littleton, Co.
