I worked with Jemma (Inside Sales and Customer Service Specialist) from the start. She patiently explain somewhat complex options I could purchase with my LM30. I thought her technical knowledge was solid and was able to give me logical reasons why some options made sense for me and others didn't. I was also working with Norwood's competitor for a similar sawmill but Jemma and her patience tip to scale for me to go with Norwood. I’m still in the process of assembling my mill and it takes some patience to do . However I really like the way it’s built and it’s very heavy duty. I have the hd38 . I have no doubt this mill is going to be a great addition to our business and we are really proud of . With all that being said the main reason I bought this mill was Michael Runnalls my sales man . I purchased the Frontier OS27 sawmill this summer when they offered a discount on the Classic model and then graciously had an offer to include the portable trailer ($1600.00).
