Nice people mediocre service and a lot of unnecessary waiting due to understaffing
Maternity care is absolutely amazing and the staff!!!
Dr Alice Shen is a magician of an OB, her bedside manner is informative, approachable and very therapeutic. My first born is lucky to have had her watchful eyes and sharp instincts on him during my labor induction and delivery. All of the OB docs were incredible throughout my care and we are lucky to have them at norwood. The NURSES work their butts off and are monumentally kind and funny while they do it !!!! This last ER visit was brutal I was there 5 hours! I would've have gone to urgent care. But, I knew I needed blood work and a catscan for my medical issue.
I was in the ER for over an hour. I expect to wait but not when I get there an there are 4 cars in the parking lot and there was only one other in the waiting room. Only a couple of ambulances. They were very nice and efficient after I got in and it didn't take long for them to fill up.
obviously did not like the fact that I had to be in the hospital for Christmas but i had some awesome staff who did the best they could to make me feel at home and comfortable. Thankyou so much
