I had to get a kidney stone blasted and a left stent placement. Every single nurse and doctor I encountered were super sweet and made me feel like I was actually just at home. They were all super busy since it was a day surgery and had tons of other patients but still managed to make sure I was taken well care of. High recommend this hospital.
My wife had knee replacement. Excellant attentive nurses. Excellant physical therapy program. Would definitly go back to Norwood hospital !
The staff in Radiology was very nice. However, the receptionist had no personality whatsoever! When someone is speaking to you, LOOK UP AT THEM! AND DON'T BE SNIPPY! If you want a job interacting with the public, you should at least try to be personable!
5 hours now and still waiting in the E.R. for treatment. I've had better experiences here. This is the worst I've ever seen.
Good staff bit long in the wait in the fast track room but all in all very pleased

Today was our second visit to get our blood drawn by Brittany and Donna assisting her in the lab. The first experience we had was kind of rocky in the ER I think my son was just a little sketched out.When I explained that to Donna and Brittany they were MORE than accommodating. They were excellent! Wonderful with my son ,he's 6 so these things can be scary! They were upbeat and cheery and super professional. Donna even called to see if Brittany could take his blood again because he was asking for both of them. I cannot thank... read more
