This hospital should be closed! I have never met such inhumane, money hungry, incompetent, unethical physicians. I seriously wonder how many people you let die because they could not afford their copayments or were “frequent fliers”. The only good thing I have to say about this place is the nurses and one gastric doctor (Gonzalez). I don’t know how steward has been in business so long.
I was very pleased with their services. I was very taken care of the 24hrs I spent there... Will defintely go back!!
Took my toddler to the ER this morning and walked in to an unattended desk, a few moments later the security guard approaches me and told me that I'll have to wait until the women that checks patients in comes back. I asked why the desk was ever left unattended when anyone may walk in with an emergency (hence the department being the Emergency Room) he proceeded to look at me and say he can determine what's a emergency and he was only gone for 10 secs. Normally I'd say if you have the chance go somewhere else. I happened to get a ER doc who remembers me from 7 years ago. Greets me with a smile and a handshake. I had an awesome young nurse. She gave me a hug as I was leaving, thanking ME for being polite and kind to HER...I'm thinking the dose of morphine, might have made me that polite....lol
