We are long time customers of Norwood furniture. All total, we bought our living room, family room and bedroom furniture from this lovely store. They have an excellent selection of quality furniture. The design staff and customer service is great. The delivery guys were awesome on all three occasions.
I'm a Norwood customer for life! I purchased a sectional as well as a mattress and bedroom set 2 years ago. Today I sat on my couch and noticed the seam came undone on one of my cushions. I called and left a message since it was before the store opened. No joke at 10:02 Phil (the owner called) he's seriously one of the nicest guys ever. Customer service is terrible. The ability to not own up to your own faults shows how terrible Norwood furniture is. Todd and Phil need to wake up and realize that they sold a defective product. They admitted the couch is wrong but now have continued to be lazy and not take and extra step and get the couch to 100% expertise material. We were treated exceptionally by John at our visit. Even though our purchase was minimal, we love it and appreciated his time and caring attitude. Beautiful store!
I will not do business with them again. The sales staff is friendly but totally secret about their prices on material etc. also I was quoted a price per email and when I came in it was way higher without any changes I made. Also tried to talk to Manager but of course he was in a meeting at 7.00pm and I never received a call back. I guess business is good so they don't need mine.

Great place even better furniture at a more than fair price.
Long Lead times for delivery of your purchased merchandise. Mine was made 7 days longer because it sat in their local warehouse for 7 days. Even after I called 2 days ago (Tues) to get it delivered to the store for pickup, I'm just getting it today. They didn't really try to get it to me sooner even when I made it clear I was dissatisfied.
Not all that clear with the public regarding the 50% restocking fee must be paid if you cancel an order. This is not posted on the sales contracts.
