We are new residents in Gilbert, AZ. We decided to visit the Norwood furniture store in downtown Gilbert. There is a wide selection of quality furniture for any room. We were approached by a salesperson named Susan Rand who was very friendly and helpful, but not pushy. She spent several hours helping us pick out furniture and fabrics that would work well in our new home. Our daughter and son-in-law purchased furniture from Norwood so, on their recommendation, we visited the showroom to check out a new sectional for our family room. We had some specific needs for the space we wanted to fill; Susan Rand understood well and steered us in the right direction. We took home some fabric samples and dimensions, which helped us make our final decision. Now we anxiously wait for our furniture to arrive!

I recently stopped by Norwood as I remembered a friend told me it was a great place to consider when looking at furniture. My idea when I walked in was I would casually browse through and leave.....2 1/2 hours laters my consultant Susan Rand had helped me select all the furniture and fabrics I needed for our renovated bedroom and guest house. I'm disappointed in the management and how they treated my wife. They were condescending and we've never experienced that before with Norwood. I'm truly disappointed.
After having a problem with my order I spoke with a manager (Todd). I was treated like trash. My family and I have shopped and made tons of purchases at Norwoods over the last decade and hold them to another standard. I am appalled at how rude and condescending Todd was. He laughed at me several times and walked away from me while I was still talking.
