My husband and I worked with John at Norwood Furniture today. We were looking for a new dining set. Jon helped us design the table and chairs, pick out the wood color and upholstery for the chairs. We could see on the computer what our pieces looked like before we ordered them. I am so anxious to receive them. Thank you John.

My husband I worked with Kendra and she helped us pick out the perfect couch to fit our family room. Kendra came over to our home to measure and match fabric patterns to go with our decor!! We will go back to Norwoods for our next furniture purchase.

Norwood Sells overpriced Junk! I purchased a love seat and within a week to started to fall apart I was told it was memory foam. There is not any Memory foam in it. The padding is falling down in the recliner. They sent a a repair person and after he repaired it it is falling a part again. The Arm Rest is caved in, It's JUNK. I was told by there Customer rep that I didn't know how to talk to resolve the matter. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!!
