My dad went in for a routine outpatient gallbladder surgery with Dr Kent on Tuesday April 22, 2025. Due to complications during and following surgery, my dad passed away on Friday April 25th. He never left the hospital. He walked in Brookwood hospital the morning of the 22nd and left by a funeral home on the 25th. This doctor is awful! He’s dismissive, condescending and treats older patients with disdain. I’m so sorry my loved one experienced seeing Dr. Kent.
Dr. Kent and his entire staff make you feel like family from the second you walk in the door. Everyone is polite and helpful and they take amazing care of all of their patients. I highly recommend him if you ever have any wounds that need to be taken care of. He fired me this week because my wound is healed and I will tell you I was in tears because I have been a patient a year and a half for two different wounds. I am so thankful that I found him.
He is the best, great bedside manners, professional, compassionate, listens to his patients and makes you feel comfortable. His staff is also wonderful, each one was very friendly and helpful with a smile! I highly recommend him and his staff, probably the best doctor visit I have ever had, and I have had many!
