Extremely poor customer service. We called for oil on the Thursday before the Blizzard Nemo to which we were told that we would not get a delivery until Monday. Understanding the reasons, we set the appointment to receive $600 worth of oil then. Low and behold to my amazement they show up on Friday knocking at my door ready to deliver. When my 10 year old answers the door she gets , "where's my money" from the Norwich discount oil driver, my daughter says, " I will get my mommy", who just so happens to be in the shower. I ordered oil and was told it would cost 2.47 but since i was going to pay in cash it would be 2.44 a gallon. They never showed up and i was home all day missing my son's basketball practice. Always beats or matches the lowest prie around. Everytime I call they are there within a day or two. Had to pay cash, money order, or credit card. that's ok with me!
i liked that they would price match, customer service is friendly enough and they have no problem with leaving a check on the door which is nice. havent meet any drivers since i'm never there when they deliver
