Extremely poor customer service. I just sat around all day today to make sure someone would be home to pay the oil man when they came. The company was told ahead of time when we scheduled the oil drop that we are paying in cash and someone will be home. When they finally did come the man he made no effort to knock on the door or ring the door bell. He just let the slip on the porch and left claiming no one was home. I make an appointment by phone fuel filling .they told me to wait until next Tuesday.Iwaited till Tuesday night and nobody coming company ,after a little someone phoned me and said you need to pay one hundred dollars.it's robbery.I called the manager tom to a complaint of his attitude worse than their employees.this is very very very very very bad company so disgusting.and very very very bad manager.Do not believe them
We had ordered oil for our house that had run out on Thursday feburary 12th. it is an emergency to have oil because we have 2 small kids in the house.a 1 year old and a 3 year old. they had said it would be delivered on monday the 16th . Monday came and no oil had been delivered. We called around 3pm to see why the oil had never came and they said they would call us back and never did. Ordered oil a number of times from them. They have been late by a day at times, but the price is usually the cheapest around so I don't care about a day. I love that most of the people complaining here are last minute orderers. My guess is that the company keeps costs down by not having 24 hr service.
Terrible to see the poor reviews. I have been using this company for the 19 years I have been in my house!!!! Always a nice person on the phone, always deliver when they say, and if course always the best price!
Ive never ever seen such terrible customer service and poor poor satisfaction!!! Do not use Norwich Discount you will pay more and get much less! Ive also heard from a old driver who worked for them there meters are off and actually give less illegally!!!!
awful awful awful costumer service. i was told my oil would be delivered on friday depending on weather (blizzard) if not i would have it by monday. i called on friday to see if i could have emergency delivery but the anwsering service could not tell me what this would cost. on saturday they charged my credit card. on monday when i got home at 5pm oil still hadn't been delivered so i called and was told it would be out that night or tues morning. well it's tuesday afternoon and i still have no oil and no money to get oil els... read more
