STAY FAR AWAY – Carabetta manages the apartments. Management is constantly harassing and raising the rent! The apartments are a nice size but after moving in they fall apart easily. Bathroom tiles were coming off one by one and living room floor was also breaking. The neighbors are loud all hours of the night. They cook out and drink alcohol till 2am all summer.
