This is a Drs office that goes the extra mile. Health checks, good availability and not waiting for hours on end for a doctor that’s not properly invested in your health and rushing you through. I’ve since moved all my family across. An easy booking system and recommend to anyone that wants genuine care.
I had an iron infusion today and had the most wonderful experience at Norwest Central Healthcare. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for by every member of the team. I went to this clinic not really expecting much, but I was honestly surprised by how lovely everyone was. From the reception staff ( sorry i wasn't able to get the name ) to Dr Vaishnavi, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Dr Vaishnavi really listened to my concerns and made me feel heard.
