I had an iron infusion today and had the most wonderful experience at Norwest Central Healthcare. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for by every member of the team. I went to this clinic not really expecting much, but I was honestly surprised by how lovely everyone was. From the reception staff ( sorry i wasn't able to get the name ) to Dr Vaishnavi, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Dr Vaishnavi really listened to my concerns and made me feel heard. The appointment didn’t feel rushed at all, which is something I really appreciated. They’re a mixed private - bulk bill clinic, but honestly I don’t mind paying when the service is this good. Amazing practice and excellent Doctors
I couldn’t recommend Norwest Central Healthcare more highly. The reception, nurses and drs are so lovely, patient, compassionate friendly. They listen to you, take time to understand your concerns and are very knowledgable. You are never rushed. Outstanding practice, thank you for all you do. Also, if you are looking for somewhere to go for an iron infusion, couldn’t recommend them anymore!
Dr Saad and her team are amazing !! Our family is so thrilled to be lucky enough to have Dr Linda Saad as our doctor . She is exemplary in every way . Dr Linda Saad is , highly professional , brilliant and so thorough. Her approachable , humble , lovely nature allows her patients to feel incredibly comfortable . I love how she always has time for her patients and never ceases answering my endless list questions . What an amazing incredible human being! We are immensely blessed to have her !
