I am so glad I found Norwest Central Healthcare. Dr. Linda Saad is excellent — she’s the best doctor I’ve ever visited. From my very first appointment, I felt completely comfortable and cared for. The team is so welcoming and knowledgeable, and I have always been able to book an appointment online when needed. Ten stars from me, thank you Dr Linda!
Dr Smythe is very thorough and is listening and not rushing.
First and last time to this clinic. Worst clinic experience ever. My hubby and my son went to the clinic to see doctor and did a nose swab for my son at 115pm. From all my past experiences, a general nose swab result would have been messaged to my phone by the mid night. To my surprise, I didn’t not receive any result overnight. I have been coming to this practice about two years now, after finding out Linda had started her own practice. She has always been so thorough, thoughtful and easy to relate to and knowledgeable, always going the extra mile. Sure, we have to wait at times, it’s a busy practice and that’s actually a really good sign.. there’s coffee downstairs… having said that Linda does all she can to accomodate you if you let reception know you are time short.
