First and last time to this clinic. Worst clinic experience ever. My hubby and my son went to the clinic to see doctor and did a nose swab for my son at 115pm. From all my past experiences, a general nose swab result would have been messaged to my phone by the mid night. To my surprise, I didn’t not receive any result overnight. I went to the clinic to ask for the result the next day morning at 815am. It was shocking to find out that the nose swab tube was left the reception table the whole night. I have been coming to this practice about two years now, after finding out Linda had started her own practice. She has always been so thorough, thoughtful and easy to relate to and knowledgeable, always going the extra mile. Sure, we have to wait at times, it’s a busy practice and that’s actually a really good sign.. there’s coffee downstairs… having said that Linda does all she can to accomodate you if you let reception know you are time short. I’ve been seeing Dr Linda Saad for a few years now, along with my whole family, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we receive.
