Not at the Standard of a 4-Star Hotel I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here warranted one. I stayed for only 8 hours, yet that was more than enough to be disappointed. Upon check-in, the front desk attendant was multitasking between helping me and speaking to his mother in Spanish via AirPods. While the location is convenient, I can’t fathom how this could be considered a 4-star hotel. The rooms and everything in it the building are antiquated. The service was subpar- a half an hour for check in, and not due to waiting on a line, just pure incompetence. I regret not paying the $60 more to stay at somewhere nicer and more updated as far as amenities, features, and basic customer service go.
