My appointment started on time. I had no wait time. Sarah was pleasant and friendly. She completed the cleaning quickly and without any pain.
I just recently moved to Norwalk and wanted a local dentist. Dr. Winslow and the staff are extremely nice and is always making sure you are comfortable during your visit. Would highly recommend.
Brandy is the best! She knows my stress level when I go to the dentist and she is fantastic at helping me relax to get through the cleaning.
I continue to be impressed with the outstanding customer service at Norwalk Family Dentistry. It starts before you walk through their doors as they e-verify your appointment - very convenient. If you need to reschedule or need to see a dentist in an emergency, they make it happen no problem. If you have any biling issues, they are resolved quickly and efficiently.
