I recently had to change dentist due to insurance. Norwalk Family Dentistry was within our network. I went online and looked them up. I did not see any negative comments and I'll be honest, the pictures seemed very friendly and inviting. The next day I called the office and spoke with the most pleasant lady. She was very warm and friendly. Made me feel more confident in making the change. Had my appt today and was not disappointed. The ladies at the office were all very friendly. Lost my crown while in Arizona and returned to Norwalk for getting it replaced. A lot of reworking was needed but placing the temporary crown was quick and painless. Also had my Semi-annual visit and cleaning where we discovered two deteriorated fillings. Completed the first repair, which was also painless and scheduled second repair with replacement of the crown. Everyone who helped during my visit was very helpful, personable and knowledgeable.
Hygienist talked like I was a baby.

Dentist!!!!! That word brings chills to many, It used to for me...until today!!! This was an AMAZING, refreshing, and a return to patient care that most others have lost sight of these days! I haven’t had good experiences with my last few dentist. I felt like an ATM at the others, that would take me into a room, like buying a car, and they would tell me that every possible serves offered was needed and create false urgency to squeeze you for more money!!!
