I always feel very comfortable with Brandy. She works quickly and thoroughly. I appreciate the one or two suggestions she give me to improve the care of my teeth.
I recently visited NFD for some dental work that needed performed. As always, was happy with the ending results, and the reasons and explanations, that I needed to make my decisions. It cannot go without saying, my appreciation of the professional bedside manner of Dr. Grant and Assistant Katie, as well as, their touch of humor.
When my wife and I go to our appointments at Norwalk Family Dentistry we are always greeted with a smile! The check-in process is quick and the paperwork minimal and there are always lots of pens on hand for me to use. They always have HDTVs and good music in the waiting room, but they never leave me sitting long. All of the staff are professional and courteous and always do a great job, and the dentists are very personable and genuinely concerned about our oral health. I am always greeted with a smile at the front desk and I have had the same hygenist (Caci) for several years now and she is awesome. Very friendly and efficient.
Never thought it was possbile to love the dentist, but our family truly loves the people at this place. We feel like we are part of the family everytime we visit. We grew up thinking every trip to the dentist was full of pain, but no more! Everyone is very gentle and does an excellent job. I would highly recommend Norwalk Family Dentistry to everyone!

I messed up and thought all of us started at the same time and was 15 minutes late, but they were able to get all 3 of us in anyways. I appreciate all of the texts and reminders and drive 30 miles to come to Norwalk Family Dentistry for moments like this.
