Each time I go to Norwalk Dental Care I am never disappointed. The Staff is friendly and accommodating...there are even snacks to go.. a nice send off.. You won't regret your decision to either switch practices or try Norwalk Dental for the first time. I have been there over 14 years and have been very pleased with the care I receive.
I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I had what was a cavity fall out about 5 months ago and most of the tooth fell out with it. I was hesitant about getting it checked as I have never had a good experience at the dentist. I had my first appointment with Dr. Prieston this evening and it was by far the best dentist appointment I have ever had. If you've had a bad experience in the past - even if you've nicknamed your childhood dentist "the butcher" - it's time to move on. Just go and enjoy the excellent experience. Great staff from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave.
I think u are one lucky dentist to have your office headed by vanessa and to be surrounded by wonder hygienists and assistants.
The staff was gracious and helpful. Anna made my visit comfortable by working efficiently and quickly.
Dr. Preston and his team is the best dental group in Norwalk! Each member of this group goes above and beyond to help you out. Dr. Prieston is so gentle and great with pain management.
