My experience Dr.Prieston office is always excellent. This time no exception from when u walk in door & leave the office. Dr.Prieston shows great care about his patients dental care. The multiple autoimmune diseases & medicines destroyed my teeth insurance covers small percentage. He is willing financially work with me being on SSD
A tooth under a crown broke and they were able to fit me in (the sharp edge exposed was severely irritating my tongue) and glue the crown back on immediately. What a relief!
What a kind and caring practice Dr Prieston has such a patient and thoughtful way about him. He has bent over backwards to ease this patient who does not tolerate pain easily. The office staff works so hard to make office visits feel as though we’re part of their family. They offer you warm blankets and pillows should I want them . I am delighted to have chosen this Dr and his wonderful staff as my primary Dental practise.
I was so glad to have found this dental doctor who is so caring and knowledgeable. He took a long careful time in assessing my extensive and difficult dental concerns. I went to get my teeth cleaned and an evaluation of a broken tooth. Dr. Prieston took a look and stated that he could do a crown. I was surprised as I thought it would have to be pulled. I have attended his practice when he first came to Norwalk and will continue.
The service was prompt and well informed. The staff was very friendly and helpful and was very courteous. It was a very pleasant experience.
Pulsing pain in my mouth one sat. night. Nothing to do but cry and wait till the week-end to end. This is when my knight in shining armor came to rescue me. With a call made out of desperation to his cell at 9pm on a sat night, I connected with him. The magic words, of I'll meet you in the office in half an hour is what Dr. Prieston said to me upon hearing of my pain. By 10 the infection was being drained and I was put out of my misery. I have been going to Dr. Prieston for many years. I had a crown pop out and he put it back no charge since he did the original work for it and it is his policy not to charge to cement it back on in case is fall out.
