Had my semi annual tooth cleaning. Impressed as usual with the caring and competent staff. I drive 5 hours to keep this group as my dental providers... ie I really, really like them.
Our longtime family dentist retired, so I have switched to Norwalk family dentistry, and my first appointment was excellent. The staff were all so friendly, the dental hygienist cleaned my teeth very thoroughly (and no pain!), and the dentist did some minor grinding that really smoothed and improved the edges of my teeth - something my former dentist never offered. It's not only very convenient, but very good service.
Fast, efficient, thorough, friendly. Good experience.
Dr Grant is amazing and the staff was fantastic! I have 2 girls that are autistic and have super high anxiety, and they got my girls to let them take x-rays, brush, and even floss their teeth!! I'm thrilled with how kind and understanding, friendly and helpful everyone is!! As far as I'm concerned they get an A+ and 10 out of 10☺
I always disliked going to the Dentist until I started being seen in your office. Excellent care, friendly and they make me feel comfortable during my cleanings ect. I love going to the Dentist now ! Thank you !
