Dr. Grant and her team were recommended to me because my dentist retired and I recently moved. I had my teeth cleaned and checked by Brandy, the dental hygienist and then by Dr. Grant. What an awesome experience! They both put me at ease, were so friendly, explained what they were doing and why and continued to ask me if I was ok. I HIGHLY recommend this office for your dental care---you will not be sorry!!
I always have excellent care. Sarah, the hygienist, did a great job cleaning my teeth. Due to my TMJ, I need the "baby bite" to help me keep my mouth open. The staff is very understanding of my condition and ask if I'm in pain during all of my visit. It's such a relief to FINALLY have a dentist like Dr. Winslow to take the time to help me to not be anxious about my small bite. Now I am comfortable and relatively pain free for the fist time in over 20 going to the dentist.
Brandy is the greatest!! I can't say enough about how gentle she is with me for I don't like going to the dentist. My rating is super excellent!
This was the first visit to Norwalk Family Dentistry for my three children. The staff was amazing. They were kind, caring and very friendly. They put my children at ease and went out of their way to find additional help for an issue my son was having. I'm so glad we found them.
I was very pleased. I got right in even though I arrived 10-15 minutes ahead of my appointment time. The gal (don't know her name) that cleaned my teeth was very personable. I liked her very much. The dentist was very nice and quick, which I liked. Will be back in 6 months.
Made my appointment in AM, due to cancelations I was in at 1:10PM. Best cleaning I have had, ever! Hygenist and Dr Winslow very competent and courteous. Just moved to area would recommend this dentist group to anyone!
The whole process was very pleasant.
It was my daughter's first dentist appointment (2 years old). The staff was patient, efficient and SO kind! I was more than happy with Norwalk Family Dentistry.
As usual the service was first rate.
