Best place I have ever been to hands down!
I had a new hygienist for my 6 month check up, and was very pleased that she listened to and reviewed my concerns both with me and with the dentist. It's so nice to have my concerns treated with absolute care and not be dismissed as nothing. THANK YOU!
Always on time, very friendly & thorough. The office is sparkling clean & I love having a TV mounted above the patient chair.
Very professional and informative. Explained what was going to be done. My comfort was frequently confirmed. Recommendations for things I should do to ensure positive dental health clearly identified. Very satisfying.😄
I've taken my twin boys to NFD since their very first appointment. The staff goes above and beyond to make children feel comfortable and welcome. My boys were scared the first two visits, but the staff knew exactly how to handle them and keep them feeling at ease and didn't push anything. By the third visit they didn't want to leave ! They were no longer scared and now it's their favorite place to go! I love that they love my kiddos as much as I do , and they always make us feel right at home.
The staff were friendly, the feedback was provided with evidence, and the experience was very comfortable. Overall it was great!
Everyone is so nice and answer all your questions. They make you comfortable and you feel that they actually care about you as a person. Best Dentist office I've ever been too.
I had a swollen cheek and jaw and needed to get in to see a doctor. My regular doctor was going to be out of the office and so the other doctor saw me. Turns out it was not a tooth problem but I was treated with the utmost respect and care. I have always had great experiences here but this was exceptional.
I was well received. Everybody was nice. This is a place where everyone makes you feel at home. Check in was excellent so was check out. I would recommand anyone to go there. I left Norwal two years ago but I keep coming back because of the quality of the services.
