I have gone to Norwalk Family Dentistry for many years and have always been very pleased with service and professionalism. I had a tooth and gum problem on July 19, called at 9:00 a.m. and they worked me in by 4:00 p.m., very pleased, would recommend them to anyone.
Going to the Dentist is always a bit nerve racking but everyone at Norwalk Family Dentistry does their best to make you feel as comfortable as they can! My usual hygienist found out she is going to be out of the office for a while so I was pleased they gave me a courtesy call to inform me I would be seeing someone else. Sunday morning I broke about 1/3 (vertically) of one of my next-to-front teeth. I phoned Monday AM, got an appointment for 8:00 AM Tuesday, and my tooth and smile were fixed before 9:00 AM!
Friendly, professional, painless, prompt, caring. A good time was had by all!
