Been with Dr Grant for over 24 years. Staff is friendly, concerned, accurate. They care. Dr Grant is the best. Explains, consults, no surprises, and just all around the best. Wouldn't have stayed if she wasn't.
We moved to town last year and I decided it was time to find a new dentist in town. After reading reviews I decided to choose Norwalk Family Dentistry. Over the last few years at my previous dentist I started dreading going because my teeth and gums would be super sore after my cleanings the rest of the day. I was very pleased with Sarah at Norwalk Family Dentistry because she was very careful. It didn't hurt at all and I had no issues the rest of the day with any pain!
I have been a patient with thwem for 7 years and can only say great things. Even with having to go through deep cleaning i left the office feeling like i was treated very well. I highly recomend Dr. Grant and her staff.
How many people LOVE going to the dentist? When I was young I had a traumatic experience at a dentist's office and I've been a big baby ever since. I can honestly say that I look forward to my visits at Norwalk Family Dentistry. We catch up on information about our kids, families, etc.and, of course, leaving with a smooth white smile is awesome!
My son loves seeing the entire staff! Everyone is always so welcoming! The wait is minimal which is great for a 3 year old and he loves watching TV while his teeth get “shiny”. We cannot thank everyone enough for such a pleasant experience!
I went to get a filling and I was super nervous because I have never had anything wrong with my teeth before. I have only had cleanings because nothing more has been needed. So as you can imagine I was nervous. I don’t like needles which made me more nervous as I would be getting 2 of them poking into my gums. The employees there made me feel comfortable and reassured me that I was doing good and made me feel less of a mess that I thought I was. They were very patient and kind. How can you improve when your the best? I don't know how I can write a review to improve my dentist appointment. I have ALWAYS had a great experience with Brandy and Dr. Winslow. They really go out of their way to make me feel at ease when I visit them. From Jan to Dr. Winslow, an excellent team!
Another enjoyable visit with our rock stars at Norwalk Family Dentistry. Did not even have time to sit in the lobby and was summoned by my hygienist. She expeditiously took X-rays and cleaned my teeth. Dr Winslow checked things over and I was on my way in no time at all. Visiting the dentist does not have to be something you fear or detest, especially if you visit Norwalk Family Dentistry. Give them a try. You will not regret it!
Norwalk Family Dentistry is awesome. They are definitely and genuinely concerned with your dental health and over all health. Casey is excellant as a hygienist. Dr. Winslow is the best also.
