Brandy has always given me individualized advice that has proved to be both important & helpful. She's so great. All other staff is professional & courteous as well.
A great experience for my first time! Everyone is very friendly and the office has an upbeat, cheerful atmosphere. It was easy to make appointments and to setup future appointments for whole family.
My Dental Hygienist was great and got me out in a great time because I had to be at another place. They are very detail oriented and thorough with their evaluations.
Have been a patient at Norwalk Family Dentistry ever since moving to Norwalk 3 years ago. Called about the filling and the person who answered was so helpful and efficient. Took my number, talked to Dr. Donna and called me right back with an appointment. Everyone is always very friendly and accommodating!
I can't remember the name of the hygentist that cleaned my teeth this time, but she did a superb job. I wish I could go to to her for all of my appts.. She has them so clean & so smooth, and even fixed a troublesome area that I had since the last time there. And Dr. Grant, there isn't enough wonderful things that I can say about her. Always pleasant, smiling and thorough. I have followed her since her beginning, when my girls were young, almost 30 years.
I recently had to change dentist due to insurance. Norwalk Family Dentistry was within our network. I went online and looked them up. I did not see any negative comments and I'll be honest, the pictures seemed very friendly and inviting. The next day I called the office and spoke with the most pleasant lady. She was very warm and friendly. Made me feel more confident in making the change. Had my appt today and was not disappointed. The ladies at the office were all very friendly.
