I only gave them 1 star because that’s the only way to write a review. Stay far from this property. I spent less than 2 months there and got flooded twice by sewage backed up, i called the office and no one picks up, I even drove there, I saw them inside but they pretended as if no one was inside the office. I spent 3 nights in a hotel because of the second flooding, the apartment was flooded for 3 days and they show no compassion, and I had to clean the apartment both times after the flooding. I’ve been residing here for about 4 months and there has been a lot of violations… we still don’t have smoke detectors… it takes maintenance forever to come and fix a problem… I have a sink that’s a garage disposal, that’s not supposed to be installed I was told now my sinks backed up… I’ve put in numerous requests still not met… the mail like stated we havevt gotten in 4 months due to boxes being broken unable to access… that’s a serious violation as well… Norview needs to do better..
I was nervous because of reviews! However, my girlfriend and I, toured today with Maurice! Amazing Gentleman! He’s renovating the community and it’s looking GOOD! And from talking to a few neighbors “Meatball” is the only one! He should have several seats! 🪑🪑🪑🪑 Maurice, you are doing amazing! Thank you for taking your time and explaining things to us! We needed a place and you made everything simplistic! THANK YOU
I don't think they have any maintenance because the office always say they haven't talked to or seen maintenance after weeks of stuff not getting fixed.. they never answer the phone in the office.. we get conformation for work orders but maintenance never shows. nobody gets mail because the mail boxes out here is broke!! EVERY SINGLE MAIL BOX IS BROKE!! but if anyone is late on rent I bet they be on people on time but we can't get stuff fixed on time.. we pay rent on time so why we can't get anything fixed in a timely manner... read more
We have been calling for a week for a leaking toilet and they say the same thing they haven't seen or talked to maintenance!! 4 days after we moved in the toilet is leaking and very loose.
