Customer service is bad. When I selected frames, they allowed me $90 frames when my insurance covered $140. When I sent my glasses for repair, it took a month to get them back. I asked the staff if they could find out what the delay was. They said no. Refused to call the lab to ask. I got them back & the repair was done wrong. When I told Dr. Cranford I was unhappy, he made excuses for his staff. I asked him about the insurance issue, he argued with me. Said he didn't know if I could do math.
