My nurse Teresa in the emergency Labor and Delivery was Amazing, she was sympathetic and as much as I apologized for continuing g to need her assistance she continued to reassure me how happy she was to be there for me. I have experience great professionalism at Nortons, BUT the ER SUCKS, and the staff in that area need to show more compassion respect!!! What happened the other day was crazy!!! I left after seeing how that gentleman was treated and I went to Brownsboro ER
Had my gastric bypass here two days ago. I am so happy I choose this hospital, this staff and this surgeon. They're the most caring out of any group I've seen. They have done nothing but shown me everything's gonna be alright. Sending a huge thank you to the whole Norton's group!!!

I delivered my son at 25 weeks premature. If we hadn't been here I don't know if he would have made it. All of the staff that we got to know and meet are like family to us and now and forever hold a special place in our hearts.
My 2 1/2 year old had his tonsils and adenoids out today and the pediatric surgery nurses did a phenomenal job!! They kept him entertained and took excellent care of him in recovery! He wasn't the best patient at one point but all the nurses were caring/nurturing and made sure my husband and I were taken care of as well! Very pleased with our experience there today!!! Thank you and god bless!!
My grandmother passed away at this hospital last night (of natural causes not at any fault to them) and they were so kind to us. I work for norton and I am so happy to be part of an amazing company!
My son just had surgery yesterday. We had a great experience there. The nurses were wonderful and the anesthesiologist was fantastic. They all checked on my son after his surgery and appeared to really care about my son. �
