A huge shout out to Norton Women's and Children's hospital - St. Matthew's. My daughter received exemplary care there 2 weeks ago and today in the mail, we received a card that had been signed with special notes from a few of her nurses from her 42 hour stay. We also received a phone call the week following our stay to check on her. I'm beyond grateful for what they did for her and the staff was amazing.
I would never go back to this hell hole!! I was treated very badly. I had a reaction to the medication and was screaming for help but NO-ONE came to help till I went outside my room telling for a nurse to help. That's just one of the horrible experiences. Stay there for 1 week from hell. Never again!
I had my son here Sunday July 17/2016 an he has been in the nicu since that day!!!!! But thanks to the wonderful nerses they have made my long drawn out stay a lil bit better..... They are always right there with an incouraging word an always doing their very best to made ur stay as comfortable as they possible!!!!! Thanks again for all that u lady's have done keep up the good work!!!!!!!
The E.R. is soooo slow. My Dr told me to come in and 4 hours later I am STILL sitting in the waiting room...then when I ask what is going on I get met with attitude by the staff....Beyond aggravated and still with a migraine 12+ days strong
My daughter had surgery and her doc was fantastic!! The staff of nurses in the pediatric surgery were fantastic and the nurses on her floor were fantastic as well. They had snacks and drinks that we could have to help save money for the families and also refridgators for the families to use if they brought food. My daughter got bored and they gave her a board game to play and keep. They explained everything very thoroughly.
