Excellent facility, staff, and care. Thanks so much for your great work.
It's hard for me to put into words my level of appreciation for the staff here! I was admitted for placental abruption and preeclampsia and was on the L&D unit for a week. All the staff were absolutely fabulous (shout outs to Courtney, Lori, Jerica, Margerita) and whomever walked in my room was pleasant, professional, and overall genuinely nice and caring. After developing HELLP syndrome, my son was delivered via c-section and the staff was able to turn a traumatic and scary situation into one where I felt cared for and safe... read more
I have never met a nicer staff anywhere. I hate the drive but love the people. I have been there enough that the surgery nurses recognize me and my mother.
I had my first child here and the nursing staff and OB doctors have been absolutely incredible. Between all my prenatal visits to the actual labor and delivery, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful.
The Labor and Delivery and NICU staffs were both awesome. They were professional, attentive, competent, and friendly at all times and did an excellent job of taking care of both my daughter and granddaughters.
Eden was well taken care of and I'm sure her next child will be born there as well.
Excellent security, I. D. required to see mothers & babies , passes must be visible , volunteered for a strip search but security lady said that wasn't required.
I came to visit my sister from out of town. She just had my nephew and I had to bring my 15 month old son with me. While I can somewhat understand the rule for no one under 12 (I'm more worried about the numerous adults that I'm sure lie about having any symptoms just so they can visit baby) it was a very difficult visit. If you aren't going to allow small children who come with out of town adults to visit a new baby then you should provide a proper waiting area for such children.
