Waited in the ER waiting room for 3 hours and the triage nurse was the rudest nasty person I ever dealt with they called me back was there 30 min and discharged I was thinking of haveing my baby there but nope the rude people was awful
The nursing staff that took care of me were the most professional compassionate group I have ever had the chance to meet. I was admitted to have the big toe on my left foot amputated. They took their jobs seriously. A+ job ladies and gentlemen....
Some of the nicest people. Great hospital if you are in need of treatment and the new wing is so nice. We are now in the old wing, not too shabby folks.
My 17 year old daughter had out patient surgery yesterday, she had some anxiety. Everyone that we came contact with helped calm her. When I explained to her nurse that my daughter has deep veins & she had a very bad experience with another facility. When they tried to put in an IV ,when the nurse at Norton had trouble she went out & asked another nurse to try she also tried, but the third nurse was able to get an IV in. I have nothing but praise for Norton Hospitals.
My son stayed overnight on the pediatric floor recently. He received the absolute best care I could have asked for. Our nurses Devon and Amy were amazing! Dr. Tasman was absolutely phenomenal!! If she had her own office I would be switching peds in a heartbeat.
The best place to have a baby! Thank you to everyone for the great work you did with helping me bring both of my babies into this world.
Everyone was very helpful and polite during my stay
I want in for a (simple surgery) a ventral hernia repair. The entire time, the staff were very helpful and genuinely seemed to want my stay to be a pleasant one. From registration to release, it couldn't have been better.
