The staff very courteous and took good care of my child. Made is very comfortable. The wait to me for test was short and I felt they genuinely care. Thanks for taking car of my baby!
I had never been to the "new" ER (since it had changed to also specialize in pediatrics). I didn't think any place could beat Kosair/Brownsboro, but I was very happy with my experience here. We were taken back immediately and all labs were started during the initial consult. I would've given it 5 stars had the nurse practitioner had a bit better bedside manner, but all the nurses were above and beyond friendly and accommodating!
What do you want in a hospital? Expedience, attentiveness, professionalism, and a staff with genuine concern. Check, check, check, and check.
I was on the 7th floor, and cannot say enough nice things about the Nurses, Techs, Nutrition & Housekeeping. My biggest issue was that I was referred to vascular imaging by the immediate care Center. A Dr. put orders in to admit me around 3:30/4p.m., but I never saw this Dr., and I didn't see another Dr. until almost 3p.m. the next day. I asked multiple staff when I would see a Dr., and not one could tell me. Very frustrating when you don't really know what is going on, or what the plan is. They listen get u in and out ...as fast as possible.....ty employees!!!
All I can say is that the whole staff was fantastic at making sure my wife's delivery was as comfortable as possible. The y were extremely attentive and caring. All around very impressed with the support team they have in place and the professionalism they portray.
Both my daughters had tubes and the girls were so catered to and treated like royalty that they screamed and cried when they had to leave. The health care is excellent too ;)
Wonderful Hospital! Very clean inviroment staff was completely nice and the best of care and advice to and for new mommies rooms very clean with a pretty scene of the outside
