We were in NICU for a week with our son. The personal care and attention that we got was unsurpassed but any other place that I've ever been. The nursing staff was over the top amazing and the doctors were absolutely top-notch. We got first class experience throughout the entire scary process of her son being there. They make the transition to home and new parents such a breeze that we left without solutely no worry. To new parents that is absolutely priceless.
My son was just on the 6th floor on the fairly new pediatric unit this week. He was there for an Extended EEG. all of the staff was so wonderful!! But especially Michael who is a PCA. He was so wonderful with my son and went above and beyond! It was honestly one of the best hospital experiences we have ever had (and we have had lots). Thank you to Michael and Amanda for for being so wonderful!��

I am a huge advocate for you guys, however; after last night, spending FIVE hours waiting in your emergency room, I'm not a Happy camper. I ended up having to leave without proper treatment because my bf works a 1st shift job and we currently share my car! I was very happy with the professionalism and care given by the Nurse Sheeba and the Nurse Practitioner Kevin, who were very apologetic and as thorough as they could be. There my goto hosp I won't goto no1 else thank you all for everything from ER department, to admitting on cardiac 4W, neurologist and so forth!!! � I choose Norton's!!!
Had a lumpectomy with needle localization yesterday and the hospital staff was awesome. They explained everything step by step and were very compassionate and caring.
