I was so afraid of going to get a the mammography scan since long ago ones were awful. I was pleasantly surprised to see so many changes. The facility itself is just so nice and everyone from the person at the desk, the gentleman who make sure I got to the right place , the techs and the doctor makes you feel at ease. The very nice lady that helped me was just wonderful. I think her name was Lynn but I am going to make sure so I can thank her again. Also the doctor was so patient in explaining everything. The nurses and my Dr Sara Kane were wonderful they were very nice in every way and I couldn't been treated any better
All th nursing staff was wonderful, went in for hip Surgery the floor I was on has no walkers no high raised toilet seats, no bars in bathroom , come on people we need these things .
Who the hell has a scheduled surgery with the intentions of keeping a patient overnight, only to have no available beds? Money grubbing scum bags, that's who.
My little girl was a patient there last week. The staff made the experience as good as it possibly could be. My daughter was treated like a princess and we have nothing but good things to say about the care during scary time! She was especially fond of her nurse Amanda Brooks! The surgery staff were great too and the Child Life ladies were also exceptional!! I literally don't have enough good things to say about all of the staff we encountered from the housekeepers and nutrition staff to the surgeons everyone was so nice!
Nobody likes the hospital but the drs, nurses and cnas were awesome at the Norton Suburban (now St Matthew's).
