Care given was fine. What was not fine was the $300+ bill (before insurance covered a small fraction) for a walk in clinic that didn’t even have a microscope to properly diagnose me. Absolutely robbery. I called Norton and they can’t lower my bill. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
I've been twice, and both times were very good. If I need urgent care again, that's where I'm going.
Made an appointment at noon for one twin for ear pain, but they didn’t have another appointment until that evening. I arrived early thinking they would be able to see the other twin for the same thing as a walk in since this is a walk in clinic also. I was told no. I could come back later with the other child or take both children to another place. I kept the one appointment so I could get her antibiotics for her ear infection.
