Dr. Basso-Williams and his staff are fantastic! I had a torn meniscus that a surgeon from a different practice had attempted to repair. By the time I found Dr. Basso-Williams, I needed total knee replacement. He was very patient in explaining everything to me. I am 4 weeks post op and I couldn't have hoped for better results. He's a wonderful surgeon, and his entire staff is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Norton Orthopedic and Dr. Basso-Williams.
Nurse forgot to call in meds, forgot to get a copy of mri after a week . Dr was ok but never physically check my problem. And said he would call me at home that night and never did .Now I know why the first time there I was the only one in the waiting room a patient came in and told off the office staff and nurse because of medicine and cancelled his visits. Should have told me something.
Doctor gave the impression he had better things to do than figure out the reason for pain. Very dismissive and uninterested in helping
Dr. Ben was awesome, he explained my condition in terms that I could understand and answered all my questions.
