Great customer service, helped me out before the order answering all of my questions before I made the investment.
Excellent AC unit I purchased the 16,000 BTU and it’s been working flawlessly for two years. The Wi-Fi controller is excellent. Don’t hesitate to give it a try if you’re in the market for a new AC unit.
I have two of the Heat Pumps installed on my boat. I have had them for several years with no issues. The perform very well and are always there when we need them. We live aboard our boat so they get a lot of use here in North Carolina. Customer Support has been superb. Highly recommend their product.
Model MFP 600KT 115VAC was removed from service because of excessive electrical motor over heating. Believe the over heating is due to no electrical motor cooling in this model.
I just bought the thermostat upgrade, and I love it! The old one was really hard to see. The app on the phone is great too.
