The company was very nice and thorough and I actually went by and picked up the unit. I drove it to Atlanta and installed it in my boat in less than two hours and the machine works flawlessly. The controller is easy to use and it cools the main cabin of my boat Very well. I will buy my air conditioners from this company from now on! Tod Rawlins

Installed about a year ago and the unit has worked flawlessly. Installation was quick and easy.
This unit replaces a failing Dometic unit on a sailboat. It has performed well so far. Interestingly, in Southern California the unit is used more often for heating in winter than cooling in summer. I understand that the reversing valve must be exercised periodically to prevent failure and it would be nice if the unit would cycle it automatically once in while.
