They’re all nice in my option but I went in yesterday because my daughter had a mark on her arm that looked like she got bit by a spider. We sat for like 2+ hours waiting. I honestly thought it was pretty urgent but we sat longer than they checked her. We finally got back & they looked & said they’ll give her allergy stuff for itching & another prescription. Went in today for a drug screen and waited over an hour and when I finally asked when would I be seen I was told that it would only be a few minutes. Well 20 mins later I asked again and was told that they were getting ready for me and it was because only 1 person in the office could do a DOT drug screen and that’s what I was waiting on. I brought my 8 month in on 4/14 for a suspected right ear infection. Kelli Craig saw him, diagnosed him with a right ear infection, and prescribed him amoxicillin for 10 days. My 8 month old was still very fussy and pulling at his right ear on Sunday 5/3 so we brought him back in thinking that the medication did not cure his ear infection. He saw Troy Kaiser and he said he still had a right ear infection and called him in cefdinir, which is stronger. terrible, sat in the room for over an hour and everybody is just sitting around !! 4 people sitting at one desk talking to eachother an no it was not lunch break! COME HERE IF YOU WANNA WAIT ALL DAY LONG LITERALLY!!!! Everybody talks about how nice they are which they are not bad people just bad at their jobs EDIT:STILL WAITING ANOTHER EDIT: had to let them know we have to leave Waited over 2 hours for absolutely nothing i guess
