The staff are wonderful. I appreciate the evening hours.
We are second generation patients here, but recently the staff here has been so incompetent in carrying out simple refills and call backs that we need to find care elsewhere. Questions on mychart.com go completely unanswered sometimes indefinitely, sometimes for days or weeks. I’ve recently been waiting over 7 days (still waiting) for a refill transfer on a non narcotic maintenance medication. I have not had this pill for 7 days !!!! RecommendedAs a patient to Norton Neurologist for years I love the kindness from the staff, the clean atmosphere and the ease of just being able to talk to the doctors and they listen and care.
RecommendedGood experience, Nurses were very helpful and kind. Dr. Payne delivered my baby, best doctor recommended. Food was good I even had the nurse check on me and my newborn.
