This is the most negligent hospital ive ever experienced. My mother has been here for 3 weeks and is still incredibly weak. They assured us she would not be released to go home as she was deemed a danger to herself. The hospital lied and discharged her about an hour ago. She made it home, walked approx 4 steps and collapsed under her own weight in her driveway. We are now back in the ER after we BEGGED the hospital not to send her home because it wasnt safe. FOUR. The OBs themselves are great 5/5. This review is for the hospital administration & billing. It is impossible to get an estimated quote for labor & delivery. So if you are pregnant - be prepared to receive whatever bill in the mail after. I called ~10 times between my OB office, billing, & labor & delivery yet no one could tell me what CPT code they bill for labor & delivery. Isn’t this how they make their money? Ridiculous they don't share this info with expecting families & truly feels like negligence on the hospital’s part... read more
