I see Erin Iverson and absolutely love her. I really wish I could hang out with her outside of the office setting because it truly feels so comfortable it’s like visiting an old friend. She’s extremely thorough, knowledgeable and doesn’t rush me. 10/10 recommend!
We’ve been coming to this practice since 2022. All of the staff are professional. Communication is easy and punctual through their apps, and the office is clean. We went through a terrible few months of ear infections and saw just about every physician and NP in the practice, we love them all. However, Dr. Miles go above and beyond.
Revising my review 11/25: BGIMP was okay and switching to Norton was rough. I do still have issues depending on who I talk to in the office. Erin Iverson is great and has been so helpful. Now that my children are seeing her this office has felt much more caring and helpful. Communication through the app is easy and I usually get a response quickly and have gotten my children in promptly when needed by requesting visits online.
