Revising my review 11/25: BGIMP was okay and switching to Norton was rough. I do still have issues depending on who I talk to in the office. Erin Iverson is great and has been so helpful. Now that my children are seeing her this office has felt much more caring and helpful. Communication through the app is easy and I usually get a response quickly and have gotten my children in promptly when needed by requesting visits online. My family sees N.P. Jade and Dr. Kries and words cannot express how much we love them. They both take their time with their patients, are very knowledgeable and truly care about the well being of each person that's in front of them.
What happened to engaged and caring physicians rather than those who are reactive, dismissive , deflective? "Never" practices being proactive and reflective. Level of care..lacking.
